  • Regular follow up Physiological Testing.
  • Monthly training analysis and feedback.

Advanced Coaching Package – £130/month (£160/month for for daily feedback, analysis and communication)

  • Fully tailored triathlon coaching for you and your goals.
  • Weekly personalised training plans (with one edit per week if required due to unforeseen circumstances).
  • Previous training analysis.
  • Goal setting and needs analysis.
  • Training Zone determination for Swimming, Cycling, and Running.
  • Regular follow up Physiological Testing.
  • Weekly training analysis, feedback, and questions answered via Training Peaks (feedback given as a note in TrainingPeaks at the weekend).

Elite Coaching Package – £195/month

  • Fully tailored triathlon coaching for you and your goals.
  • Weekly personalised training plans with daily edits if required.
  • Previous training analysis.
  • Goal setting and needs analysis.
  • Training Zone determination for Swimming, Cycling, and Running.
  • Regular follow up Physiological Testing.
  • Includes nutrition and S&C advice (not full programming)
  • Daily training analysis and feedback with WKO5 in depth analysis
  • Daily text/WhatsApp communication with coach.
  • Premium TrainingPeaks account.

Premium Coaching Package – £295/month

  • Fully tailored triathlon coaching for you and your goals.
  • Weekly personalised training plans with daily edits if required.
  • Previous training analysis.
  • Goal setting and needs analysis.
  • Training Zone determination for Swimming, Cycling, and Running.
  • Regular follow up Physiological Testing.
  • Heart rate testing and fatigue monitoring.
  • Additional tracking/analysis of metrics from Whoop, Oura, Core and SuperSapiens devices.

  • Daily training analysis and feedback with WKO5 in depth analysis

  • Psychological strategies to improve confidence, reduce anxiety and maximise performance.
