Advanced Coaching Package – £130/month (£160/month for for daily feedback, analysis and communication)
- Fully tailored triathlon coaching for you and your goals.
- Weekly personalised training plans (with one edit per week if required due to unforeseen circumstances).
- Previous training analysis.
- Goal setting and needs analysis.
- Training Zone determination for Swimming, Cycling, and Running.
- Regular follow up Physiological Testing.
- Weekly training analysis, feedback, and questions answered via Training Peaks (feedback given as a note in TrainingPeaks at the weekend).
Elite Coaching Package – £195/month

Premium Coaching Package – £295/month
