  • Weekly personalised training plans (with one edit per week if required due to unforeseen circumstances).
  • Previous training analysis.
  • Goal setting and needs analysis.
  • Comprehensive power profiling using Critical Power and Watts Prime among other tests.
  • Individualised training zones.
  • Regular follow up Physiological Testing worth £60.
  • Equipment selection recommendations and help.
  • Weekly training analysis, feedback, and questions answered via Training Peaks (feedback given as a note in TrainingPeaks at the weekend).
  • Monthly phone call.

Elite Coaching Package – £190/month (£160/month without WKO5 analysis)

  • Fully tailored cycle coaching for you and your goals.
  • Weekly personalised training plans with daily edits if required.

  • Comprehensive power profiling using Critical Power and Watts Prime among other tests.
  • Individualised training zones.
  • Regular follow up Physiological Testing.
  • Equipment selection recommendations and help.
  • Daily training analysis and feedback via Training Peaks with WKO5 in depth analysis.
  • Daily text/WhatsApp communication with coach between the hours of 0800-2000 (exceptions made for international athletes in different time zones).

Premium Coaching Package – £280/month

  • Fully tailored cycle coaching for you and your goals.
  • Weekly personalised training plans with daily edits if required.

  • Individualised training zones.
  • Regular follow up Physiological Testing.
  • Heart rate and fatigue monitoring.
  • HRV, RHR, Sleep and recovery tracking, analysis and explanations for those using devices such as Whoop and Oura.
  • Blood glucose tracking for those using CGMs such as SuperSapiens

  • Optimised daily nutrition plan.
  • Integrated with your training sessions on TrainingPeaks.
  • Lifestyle nutrition advice to help build healthy and long term habitual changes.
  • Specific event nutrition plans.
  • Nutritional training strategies to get the most out of your on-bike training and day to day energy levels.
  • Weekly communication with coach.

Strength and Conditioning Package – £90/month

  • Fully integrated S&C plan to best compliment your bike training plan to suit your aims and goals.
  • 1 Rep Max testing to determine appropriate weights/sets/reps for different S&C goals.
  • Pre-training muscle activation sessions to get the most out of your bike training.
  • Post-training stretching programme.
  • 1-1 S&C/Gym sessions (£40/hour plus expenses, COVID restrictions permitting).
  • Weekly communication with coach.
